Pakodas goes well with tea or coffee. Even we try them whenever we want to. Here is a simple recipe which you may try with white sesame seed.
Ingredients:
1. Sesame seeds : 150gm
2. Flour(Maida): according to quantity required to make sesame balls
3. Turmeric powder : 3-4 pinch
4. Dry Red chilly (whole) : chopped
Salt to taste

Take sesame seeds , flour turmeric powder , chopped red chillies in a mixing bowl.Add salt to taste. Pour drinking water to the mixing bowl and stir the mixture till all the ingredients get mixed up to form a dough. Prepare balls from the dough and roll each ball into a round flat shape almost like chapati. Pour oil in a wok and heat it. Put the balls in the oil and fry them. Your sesame pakodas are ready.
