Spinach known as Palak is a famous vegetable known for its nutritious value. Here is a simple recipe for you to try at your kitchen.
Ingredients
1. Spinach leaves (Palak)- 2 big bunches
2. Cottage Cheese(Paneer)- 250 gms
4. Turmeric powder - 2-3 pinch
5. Green Chillies - 3-4 nos
6. Garlic - 2-3 cloves
7. Black Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
8. Hot water
9. Oil
Salt to taste

Shred the leaves from the stem of the spinach bunch. Thoroughly wash the leaves and drain the excess water.Chop the leaves,add green chillies ,garlic and grind them to make a paste.Keep it aside.Dice the paneer into cubes.Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt on the paneer cubes.Mix them and dip the cubes into hot water(if you find paneer to be hard).Drain water from paneer and keep them aside.Pour oil in a wok and heat it.Add black cumin seeds to the oil.Add the spinach paste which was made earlier and stir it till excess water from the spinach paste gets dried.Add butter to it and stir it.Add hot water to it.When the gravy thickens add the paneer cubes.Add a pinch of sugar to it.
Add one tsp of lime juice and one tsp of cream will also enhance the taste of the gravy.
Cottage Cheese in spinach gravy is ready.....
